**Nutricia,** owned by Danone, is seeking a **Key Account Manager based in NSW**to join our Healthcare Nutrition team. In this **permanent role**you will manage key accounts throughout the **NSW territory**, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth by meeting set goals and business objectives.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Manage and support key accounts** to ensure exceptional experiences with Nutricia products and services.
- **Collaborate with healthcare professionals** in public and private hospitals, community settings, and oncology to optimize patient and organizational outcomes.
- **Educate customers** on Nutricia's product portfolio and the evidence supporting best practices.
- **Develop and execute account plans** based on mutually beneficial value drivers to support healthcare professionals and grow Nutricia's business.
- **Navigate healthcare organisations** and interact with various stakeholders to uncover needs and drive large-scale value.
- **Collaborate with the wider team** and other internal functions to deliver the Healthcare Nutrition strategy to your customer
About you
You are a dedicated **sales professional** with expertise in **dietetics or nutrition**, poised to drive **sales of medical nutrition products**, particularly within the cancer care program. Combining your **clinical expertise** with strong sales skills, you build robust connections with healthcare professionals and understand the unique needs of oncology patients. Self-motivated and efficient in managing your time, you excel at prioritising a dynamic workload. Your commercial acumen helps you identify opportunities and solve problems effectively, ensuring the success of our medical nutrition products.
**Ideally, you will have**:
- **A Tertiary Qualification** in Dietetics, Nutrition, Science, or be a **Registered Healthcare Professional**.
- **Experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales Representative** in the Medical Nutrition field.
- **Proven ability to engage** with a wide range of stakeholders in hospital settings, with a strong drive to seek business growth opportunities.
- **Excellent communication skills** that enable you to build relationships effortlessly.
- **Natural commercial acumen** to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- **Solid negotiation and networking skills** to foster valuable connections.
- **Resilience and autonomy** in managing your time effectively and working independently.
