As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. You will play a critical role in supporting overall efficiency of operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintain and update inventory records in the database, including but not limited to, item descriptions, SKUs, quantities, and locations. Organize, validate, and maintain the organization's data in various databases and systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness Database Administration: Perform routine database tasks and optimizing database performance. Perform regular audits to compare database records and investigate discrepancies and duplications Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve data quality, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors Data Reporting: Generate regular and ad hoc reports, leveraging data from different sources to support business functions and decision-making Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, business units, and management to define data requirements, support data-related projects, and address data-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
