About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work closely with us on the forecasting and budgeting process to ensure site processes and practices are aligned.

You will be actively involved in identifying initiatives and potential areas for growth while providing ad-hoc support to other departments. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of key areas within our Finance function, including:
* Site level budgeting, forecasting, reporting and ensuring the accuracy of the data and processes in those results.
* Commercial communications within the Site Lead Team, assisting with financial awareness and systems training.
* Commercial advice in relation to capital proposals, inventory management and product profitability.
* Reviewing and implementing finance policies and procedures.
* Site governance, including stocktakes and co-ordination of monthly manufacturing questionnaires.

Key Requirements:
* Relevant Finance/ Accounting Qualification.
* CA/CPA qualified and SAP experience is highly regarded.
* 5+ years experience in a financial/ management accounting role.
* Understanding of cost accounting, standard cost accounting and exposure to a range of accounting areas.
* Strong financial evaluation/ analytical skills.
* Experience performing variance analysis.
* Advanced Excel skills, Power BI or similar.
* Effective communication skills in engaging people across the business.
* Ability to work in a team.
