Guest Service Agent / Night Audit at Accor in Southbank, Victoria. The role covers front‑desk hospitality, financial audit, and security coordination during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
* Deliver VIP hospitality from check‑in to check‑out.
* Communicate with guests and colleagues for cohesive service.
* Resolve guest issues and transform challenges into success stories.
* Collaborate with security to monitor building systems and ensure safety.
* Act as local knowledge ambassador by sharing neighborhood hotspots.
* Manage the reception desk and lead the nightly audit, ensuring accurate reports.
* Handle reservations and manage guest accounts with proficiency.
Qualifications
* Innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations.
* Skilled at collaborating within teams and working independently.
* Proven ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Proficient in written and verbal communication.
* Previous experience in hotel front‑desk operations is a valuable asset.
* Flexible for a rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Full and valid driver's license (required for valet parking duties).

Salary & Loadings
Base rate $26.70 per hour. Casual loading on all hourly rates: Monday‑Friday $33.38ph, Saturday $40.05ph, Sunday $46.73ph, Public Holidays $66.75ph.
