Key Responsibilities
* Structure and execute debt mandates, including capital structure analysis, acquisition financing, refinancing, liability management, and other bespoke financing solutions.
* Conduct financial modeling and credit benchmarking.
* Prepare high-impact client materials and participate in the end-to-end advisory and execution process.
* Partner across global product and sector teams to deliver seamless cross-border solutions for clients.
* Track trends in the private and public debt markets, and develop insights into investor appetite, credit markets, and macroeconomic drivers.
