Electrical BIM Modeller
Location – South East Suburbs, Melbourne
Salary – $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience levels)
Our client, a respected Tier 1 electrical contractor with strong in‑house design and engineering capability, has recently secured a major data centre project and is now looking to add an Electrical BIM Modeller to their Melbourne team.

The Role
* Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for electrical services using Revit (MEP/Electrical)
* Produce coordinated drawings, schematics, layouts, schedules and installation details
* Support multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection (Navisworks or similar)
* Update models based on project changes, redlines and site input
* Collaborate with engineers, project managers and site managers to ensure accuracy and buildability
What We're Looking For
* Experience in electrical BIM modelling here in Australia (consultancy or contractor)
* Strong Revit MEP/Electrical proficiency
* Understanding of electrical building services – power, lighting, communications, etc.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and solve coordination challenges
* A mindset focused on learning the practical side of construction delivery
