Our Mission is to be the trusted partner in Sustainability and Efficiency.The OpportunityOur Global Supply Chain (GSC) team are currently seeking an HSE Manager for a permanent position to be based in Gepps Cross, SA.This site is the Gepps Cross manufacturing facility and laboratory and is the home of our Secure Power product team, creating best in class products for our customers across Australia and New Zealand.The HSE Manager will provide the functional leadership at the Gepps Cross site for the management of HSE risks, implementation of HSE systems, and the monitoring of HSE performance and compliance.Reporting into the Zone HSE Director, this role also acts as the key contact for Schneider Electric's Integrated Facilities Management provider and as Security Coordinator for the Gepps Cross Site and has functional dotted line reporting to the HSE and Sustainability Director Pacific Zone.This exciting new career opportunity will see you:Set up and monitor an ongoing and dynamic approach to HSE that meets internal and external requirementsLead the response to HSE risks, incidents, and opportunitiesDeploy global and local initiatives to enhance physical safetyLead the analysis and reporting of performance and insightsLead HSE compliance and assurance programs, and lead the response to external audits and regulator engagementsDeliver innovative solutions that will contribute to sustainability objectives such as energy efficiency and circularitySupport the implementation of health, wellbeing, and injury management programs.This is an on-site position, requiring attendance at our Ingleburn Site 5 days a week.
