An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for results focused Chemical Engineer with solid experience within the Chemical, Oil and Gas industry to join our Queensland engineering team based in Brisbane. You will be implementing our innovative technology product range designed to optimise the Chemical, Oil and Gas industry.
Role + Responsibilities:
* Providing technical expertise to customers in relation to the Endress+Hauser range within Chemical, Oil and Gas industries
* Optimisation of customer chemical processes using Endress+Hauser solutions, products and services
* Applying strong understanding of complex chemical process systems within the Chemical, Oil and Gas industries
* Ensuring correct materials and equipment selection to meet all applicable standards and specifications
* Presenting to customers, the best fit solutions for their business and industry plants
* Assisting the business in the achievement of targets
* Active use of C-360 to plan and manage day to day sales activities
* Applying technical knowledge of the products - features and benefits and those most vital to an industry group
* Identifying new opportunities - projects and customers' needs in terms of chemical processes planning and design
Skills + Experience:
* Relevant bachelor's degree
* 2-5 years of proven previous experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of E+H products and/or a strong technical background in
* process instrumentation would be ideal
* Solid understanding of chemical processes relevant to the
* Chemical, Oil and Gas industry
* Ability to develop and successfully implement account plans, forecasts and reports
* Be determined, tenacious and own the position
* Possess a strong business commercial acumen and outcome focus
* Previous experience using a CRM tool would be highly regarded
