The Role
We are seeking a qualified Motorcycle Mechanic to join our workshop. You'll be working on a wide variety of bikes and equipment, from new model pre-delivery to race-ready performance setups. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assembling, servicing, and repairing motorcycles
* Performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics, inspections, and adjustments
* Carrying out suspension servicing, setup, and performance tuning (MPE)
* Completing service test rides and preparing bikes for customer handover
* Upholding workshop WH&S standards and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
* Participating in manufacturer and specialist suspension training
About You
* Trade qualified Motorcycle Mechanic
* Experience on a Race Team would be an advantage
* Suspension knowledge and experience highly regarded
* Product knowledge of KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, Stark and Honda motorcycles is an advantage
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Great communication and customer service abilities
* Attention to detail, initiative, and solid time-management skills
* Current motorcycle and car driver's licences
* A passion for off-road riding and racing is a big plus
