The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to work and support the F&B team across multiple locations throughout Taronga Zoo. Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager / Events, you will be responsible for leading the successful management of a designated outlet, ensuring that all outlets operate in a sustainable, courteous and efficient manner. This role is responsible for developing strong, reliable, and professional relationships with all staff, internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Supervisory experience in a similar high-volume outlet.
* Compliance with department standards, to ensure that the department maintains the highest standard of hygiene and safety levels.
* Availability across a 7 day week including nights as required during activations.
* A current NSW RSA and be willing to obtain WWCC clearance.
* Self‐motivation with strong organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of point of sale.
* Passion for great quality food, beverage and service.
