**OUR CLIENT**
Established in 1971, our client's ground-breaking innovations have led them to grow to become a global leader in the development and supply of innovative logistics and order processing systems. Deeply rooted in industrial control systems, our client utilizes their in-house design and fabrication expertise to plan, design & implement cutting-edge IT, control & mechanical components (including steel fabrication) for their customers.
**YOUR ROLE**
Based out of Western Sydney, you will use your extensive HR manager's experience to develop and roll-out the local HR strategy for the largest, most technologically advanced, automated distribution centre in the Southern Hemisphere. You will work closely with the site manager & the National HR manager (the latter based in QLD). A refreshing, "no ego"/"Down-to-Earth" culture, committed to exceeding expectations, will allow you to grow with the business for the long-term and make a genuine difference.
You will be part of an exciting journey, building a new team. This role will see you undertaking the following key responsibilities:
- **Be pivotal in establishing, optimizing & further developing HR processes and methods**:
- **Lead the planning, negotiation and submission of the site Enterprise Agreement as-well as ongoing Employee Relations Strategy**:
- **Coordinate and facilitate recruiting campaigns including collaborating with leaders, HR, marketing and communications team**:
- **Provide expert advice to employees and leaders alike, on all aspects of HR & HR Project activities (both in Australia and globally)**:
- **Maintain all local HR Information Systems (Kronos, SAP, Success Factors) and liaise with external payroll provider**
**IS THIS YOU?**
With a bachelor's degree in HR (or equivalent), a proven track record in NSW, implementing enterprise agreements and working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, you use your independent & structured way of working to build strong working relationships. You are comfortable working flexible working hours which may involve differing time zones / shift work / weekends to support the operational requirements.
Role Essential Skills:
- Building an entire new team from the ground up
- EBA design, negotiation and implementation
- Self-starter with great stakeholder management skills
Role Desirable Skills:
- Logistics / DC experience
- Ability & willingness to travel nationally & internationally
- International company experience
