Position Overview
Our dynamic Burswood team brings energy and innovation to Aussie's west‐coast operations. In this role, you will work 8‐hour shifts in our call centre on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. All team members are required to commit to 37.5 hours per week (full‐time equivalent). The roster and hour requirements are set for the whole team, so they aren't able to be changed.

Qualifications
* An interest in learning about the telco industry (experience is helpful but not essential)
* A genuine curiosity about IT and technology
* A background in accounts or customer service
* Confident computer skills and comfort with basic data entry
* Warm, clear communication with a collaborative, empathetic approach
