About the Role
Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and organised Administration Officer to join our team in Stirling. Working closely with a national administration team, you will provide essential support for business functions.
This full-time position requires you to work Monday to Friday. Your key duties will include:
* Managing incoming telephone enquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.
* Booking and rescheduling NDIS services efficiently.
* Allocating new referrals to suitable clinicians based on their experience, location, and skill set.
* Coordinating interpreter/AUSLAN services when required.
* Ensuring site presentation, cleanliness, and events preparation are of high standards.
* Conducting site audits as required.
* Responding promptly to voicemail requests and taking appropriate action.
* Reviewing and forwarding faxes as needed.
* Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients.
* Assisting with reporting tasks as required.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
* Administration and/or reception experience (desired but not essential).
* Previous knowledge in a healthcare setting (desired but not essential).
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* Attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage personal workload and time effectively.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
* Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check eligibility.
