Join a supportive Managed Services team where you'll build hands-on experience supporting enterprise customer environments while learning from experienced engineers.
This role is ideal for someone early in their infrastructure or endpoint career who wants exposure to patching, automation and large-scale systems in a structured, well-supported environment.
This is a full-time role with flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart or Perth.
In this role you will:
* Support the monitoring and execution of operating system patching across customer environments
* Assist with maintaining and improving patching solutions and processes
* Help investigate patching issues, alerts and system health checks, escalating where required
* Contribute to documentation, runbooks and current state assessments of customer environments
* Gain exposure to virtualisation platforms such as VMware, Nutanix and Hyper-V
* Work closely with senior engineers and service teams to learn best practices and build technical capability
About You
* Some experience or foundational knowledge in Windows operating systems and IT infrastructure
* An interest in patching, endpoint management, security and operational best practices
* Willingness to learn tools such as SCCM/MECM, AUM, Action1 and third-party patching platforms
* Basic understanding of Active Directory or IT service processes is helpful
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning
* Comfortable working as part of a team and following structured processes
