Remote Veterinary Nurse Role
This is a fixed-term, remote-based contract that allows you to enjoy the fast pace of the industry while working part-time.
About the Role:
This 12-month maternity leave contract offers 27 hours per week with set shifts: Tuesday to Friday:7:30 AM – 1:30 PM and Saturday:8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. You'll have the flexibility to work from home or use our beautiful head office in North Ryde if based in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general advice, book appointments, and triage calls on behalf of Greencross clinics.
* Manage online bookings, respond to Greencross website inquiries, and handle client reminders.
Requirements:
* Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience.
* Is clinically experienced and passionate about customer service.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
* Is confident in making accurate triage decisions over the phone.
* Has working knowledge of RxWorks.
* Can follow detailed processes with a high level of attention to detail.
* Is self-motivated and happy working independently.
