You will drive talent management, succession planning and career pathways, manage graduate, trainee and internship programs, and lead diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives.
The successful candidate will deliver engagement surveys and culture programs, collaborate with stakeholders to embed capability across the organisation, and monitor budgets, metrics and outcomes across all programs.
We are seeking a highly skilled organisation development/HR leader with:
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience in OD
* Strong knowledge of contemporary people practices
* Experience in leadership, learning, engagement and diversity programs
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to coach, influence and drive change across all levels
* Knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems
