We are seeking a skilled Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist with extensive experience in managing customer, address, and reference domains. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with MDM tools, preferably Ataccama, and a strong background in data integration, profiling, and quality assurance. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM best practices and the ability to implement end to end MDM solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain master data across customer, address, and reference domains.
* Implement and operate MDM solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality.
* Utilize MDM tools (preferably Ataccama) for data management tasks.
* Conduct data profiling and quality assessments using Informatica or equivalent tools.
* Design and execute ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or similar technologies.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to define data governance policies and procedures.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to MDM processes and data standards.
* Implement match and merge best practices for customer data management.
* Support real time data ingestion and integration through APIs.
* Participate in at least one end to end MDM implementation project.
Mandatory Skills:
* Proven experience in Master Data Management with a focus on customer, address, and reference domains.
* Hands on experience with MDM tools, preferably Ataccama.
* Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or equivalent ETL tools.
* Experience in data profiling and data quality management using Informatica or equivalent.
* Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
* Strong technical knowledge of Data Integration, APIs, and real time data ingestion.
* Experience implementing match and merge best practices for customer data.
* MDM Administration experience is a deal breaker.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Ataccama MDM is preferable but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
* Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 7 10 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management and data integration.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
