Our Company is a brand owner, importer & distributor of Asian foods based in Kings Park. An opportunity exists for a full time Digital Marketing Assistant for an immediate start to join our small and growing Sales & Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
This is a fast paced environment so your tasks will be diverse and challenging, giving you the opportunity for both scope in your day to day activities and the ability to demonstrate as much initiative as you possess.
Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to
- Assist Marketing Manager to implement social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, WeChat, E-newsletter etc)
- Collaborate and build relationships with relevant external stakeholders such as influencers and brand ambassadors
- Monitor and actively manage social media activities related to the brand & Company
- Maintain Company website & content and optimise search engine
- Maintain & optimise E-Commerce portal & Marketplaces
- Web traffic and source analytics monitoring and reporting against key performance indicators
- Managing & growing the Company's Database (BTC) - cleaning & maintenance of lists, membership drive & retention etc
- Paid Search or pay-per-click (PPC) advertising - control of budgets, success tracking and testing of different key words/phrases, return on investments reporting
- Being the key point of contact in managing marketing digital assets in key trade libraries
- Coordinate the development of various creative collateral i.e., recipe videos, social media content, website banners, etc
- Assist with trade shows by providing & co-coordinating requirements or as directed by the Marketing Manager
- Assist with customer complaints, follow up complaints and co-ordinate with QA department
- Complete any other duties as directed by the Marketing Manager
To be considered for this role, you'll have the following skills & attributes
- Strong communication with degree in Marketing or Commerce
- Previous Digital Marketing/Social Media experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Adobe Design Suite (Adobe Photoshop) is preferred
- A strong work ethic/demonstrate initiative and a team player
- Ability to multi-task and complete set tasks in a timely manner
- Eagerness to help out when required and willingness to learn new things/acquire new skills
- A second language is preferred but not mandatory
A base salary + the opportunity to earn a performance based incentive + Superannuation. Other benefits include mobile phone and International travel.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
