About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key business partner to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving commercial strategies that maximize total revenue and profit performance.
* Develop and execute commercial strategies that cover all segments and channels.
* Support the Revenue Management team in establishing an optimal mix, reviewing and validating forecasts, and developing strategies for different demand periods.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, owners, hotel teams, and Hilton Sales team.
You will also be responsible for:
* Providing accurate monthly reports on sales leads and revenue.
* Assisting in developing the hotel's annual/quarterly/monthly budget forecast and work plans.
* Producing the annual Revenue Plan, S&M budgets, and forecasts in conjunction with the Cluster Commercial Director and Hotel Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive commercial strategies that maximize total revenue and profit performance.
* Sustain revenue growth through effective management of sales resources.
* Promote Hilton's market power through strategic account management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
