About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will help lead and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 3–5 years, supporting their holistic development and school readiness.
This position is suitable for graduate or new graduate early childhood teachers.
You will collaborate with a supportive team of educators to create engaging learning environments, maintain strong relationships with families, and ensure our service continues to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and service policies.
Support children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development.
Contribute to continuous improvement and reflective practice within the service.
Maintain accurate documentation of children's learning and progress.
Collaborate with the Centre Director and educational team to achieve learning outcomes and quality goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
Current NSW Working With Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification.
Understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant regulations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
