Job Title: Tech Sales Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious sales professional to lead our tech sales efforts. As a Tech Sales Director, you will be responsible for promoting Fluke Industrial tools and developing business in KSA.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who can drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. You will work closely with distributor channels to generate and win new opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-user sales, value selling, and key account management. Experience working in test & measurement and/or solar energy sectors is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business revenue objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers in target market verticals.
3. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
4. Engage with distributor sales teams to ensure they are informed on Fluke products.
5. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop sales enablement tools.
Requirements:
* 5-8 years of successful relevant experience in sales.
* Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.
* Proven track record in value selling, key account management, and international sales.
* Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
