What you'll do:
* Gather and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
* Design and implement solutions using integrated data assets and clinical informatics tools
* Coordinate development, testing, and implementation to ensure quality and adoption
* Engage stakeholders and provide expert advice on data-driven decision-making
What we're looking for:
* Strong technical BA experience in SDLC, data management, relational databases, and data warehousing
* Proven ability to deliver complex projects in dynamic environments
