Account Executive in Education
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead our Public Sector team, spearheading innovation and growth within the Higher Education and University sectors across Western Australia.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of the education landscape, encompassing regulatory changes, government initiatives, and procurement cycles at both state and federal levels.
* Promote our Education Cloud solutions to meet the unique needs of universities and other learning institutions.
* Achieve sales targets by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities across your assigned region.
* Cultivate and expand relationships with K-12 and Higher Education customers by grasping their challenges—such as budget constraints, regulatory requirements, and evolving government policies—and positioning Salesforce solutions effectively.
As a trusted advisor, you will oversee the full sales cycle—crafting strategic account plans, engaging deeply with education leaders, and delivering Salesforce solutions that make a significant impact.
Key qualifications include:
* A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education industry.
* Strong knowledge of the Australian education sector, including key players, trends, and challenges.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
