An exciting opportunity has been created at Signature Care for a brand new role of

**HR Coordinator in QLD**:

**About the Company**:

**About the Role**:
This newly created position presents an exciting opportunity to use your HR skills to support our aged care homes, predominantly throughout QLD.

You will provide recruitment and onboarding support as well as HR operational support to our residential managers, ensuring that HR best practice is maintained.

**About Yourself**:

- Demonstrated experience within a HR generalist role
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Must be able to travel extensively both within QLD and interstate
- Valid Driver's licence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical and critical reasoning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Advanced computer and data entry skills
- Experience within aged care (desirable)
- Experience with grievance investigations (desirable)
- Experience reviewing employment law (desirable)
- Valid working rights in Australia, a valid police check and current COVID vaccinations
