You’ll be stepping into a role that offers autonomy, support, and the opportunity to lead complex builds that you're proud to drive from the ground up. About you You have previous experience as a commercial Site Manager, successfully delivering projects from commencement to completion (ideally multi-residential or large industrial projects). You build strong relationships with all on site and create a culture that motivates productivity. You possess leadership skills that drive programme and bring out the best in your team and subbies. You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and subbies. You have a commercial view, understand the importance of cost and project requirements and can make informed decisions.
