**What's the role?**
The Licensing Executive role will mainly be responsible for taking care of our individual content licensing enquiries and will be required to learn and use NCA's systems to transact and record sales data. NCA's Content Licensing department isa core growth area that intersects with editorial, product, tech, marketing and finance. Duties include adhoc content licensing sales, other licensing admin, royalty distribution, department support and general rights and permissions tasks. - Learn and proficiently use our record keeping and billing system
- Maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage process for supply of content files and index of content assets
- Demonstrate a positive and solution based attitude
**Who are you?**
- Experience in content licensing or as a picture desk/photo editor type role
- You are a multitasker - you can confidently manage and prioritise a range of high-volume processes in order to meet deadlines.
- You have good verbal and written communication skills that allow you to rapidly build and maintain relationships.
- You are adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment
- You're task oriented,
- You have a genuine interest and passion for the media industry and are interested in developing and growing within the team or business.
