About the Opportunity: The firm This boutique practice advises across Employment and Workplace Relations, Corporate and Commercial, Property, Litigation and Disputes, and Estate Planning. With a presence in Victoria and South Australia, the firm services a broad client base including government entities and businesses operating in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, technology, education and more. Their approach is pragmatic and commercially grounded, with a focus on practical outcomes and collaborative working relationships. The role and team You will join a dedicated workplace relations team acting for employers ranging from entrepreneurs and small business owners to directors of public companies. The work spans advisory and disputes, including employment contracts and policies, enterprise agreements, workplace investigations, restructures and redundancies, safety prosecutions, unfair dismissal and adverse action claims, underpayment matters and restraint enforcement. You will have carriage of your own matters while working closely with experienced practitioners on complex disputes and strategic advisory work.
