About the Position:
* You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the successful management of their property portfolios.
* Your key duties will include ingoing inspections and vacates, dealing with repairs and maintenance, routine inspections using the latest technology, tenant liaison, landlord management, and arrears management systems.
* You will work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
* You will have autonomy to manage your own portfolio, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements:
* A minimum of previous property management experience or strong sales/customer service skills ideally gained within the real estate sector.
* Alternatively, you may have worked in roles requiring compliance with legislation, ability to build and maintain client relationships, and work independently with high attention to detail.
* You must hold a current driver's license.
