Your new role
This position as the Client Liaison Assistant is a newly created and provides direct support to the Client Liaison Manager. Working in this role, you will be responsible for liaising with clients to ensure their expectations are met. You will also be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
* Managing documentation, including filing through the Document Control system
* Taking progress photos and uploading to internal system
* Handling maintenance and warranty documents
* Scheduling client décor meetings, deluxe appointments & electrician consultations as required
* Sending resources and preparing printed documents for décor meetings
* Other Adhoc support duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to have drive, passion and be extremely detail-orientated. You will also require the following attributes:
* Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Ability to show initiative, take responsibilities, prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in providing reports and briefing notes
* Be able to use information, knowledge, and experience to analyse and form judgements and make recommendations
* A demonstrated ability at computer literacy and the ability to read a building plan is essential.
