Land Surveyor Opportunity
About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to undertake cadastral and engineering surveys, process data, and prepare plans. You'll work closely with our team, leveraging advanced equipment and software to deliver high-quality results.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Conduct cadastral and selected engineering surveys, including land subdivision, boundary re-establishments, strata surveys, control surveys, and geodetic network establishment.
* Use Leica total stations and Topcon GNSS equipment to collect accurate data.
* Process survey data using Liscad, AutoCAD, and relevant industry software.
* Research, verify, and compile survey data, ensuring compliance with Landgate, WAPC, and industry standards.
Skill Requirements
* Degree in Surveying (or equivalent tertiary qualification).
* Licensed Surveyor registration with LSLBWA.
* Strong understanding of surveying equipment and software.
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
* Commitment to accuracy and quality.
