Food Service Professional
We are seeking an experienced Food Service Professional to join our team in Northern New South Wales, Australia. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant dining environment surrounded by heritage architecture and lush natural landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and Presentation: Display exceptional prep, cooking, and plating skills to deliver high-quality meals to our customers.
* Culinary Expertise: Show a strong emphasis on quality and consistency of dishes, staying up-to-date with growing food trends and techniques.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with management to develop seasonal menu plans, stock ordering systems, labour cost control, and rostering strategies.
* Service Delivery: Provide above-average customer care and service skills, handling large service numbers with ease.
* Training and Development: Train junior team members on cooking techniques and procedures, as well as assist with staff hiring and training.
Requirements:
* A relevant industry qualification or at least 3 years' experience in a similar position.
* Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices.
* Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
* Experience on grill and fryer sections is highly desirable.
