Responsibilities
Provide tailored guidance, coaching and ongoing support to jobseekers.
Meet specific targets and support clients in achieving sustainable employment.
Bridge the gap between jobseekers and employers by understanding needs and opportunities.
Network within the local community to create meaningful employment opportunities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in employment services, retail, customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment.
Proven success working within target-driven environments.
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement.
Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.

A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, you'll bring experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field.
Strong problem-solving, goal-setting abilities, understanding of the local labour market, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks are important.
Adaptability and resilience will help you navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers.
You must balance empathy, dignity, and respect with a drive to achieve positive business outcomes.
