Sales Coordinator
Your new opportunity:
We're on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator who's just as comfortable behind a computer as they are out in the workshop. Based in McDougalls Hill (Singleton), this role combines administration and coordination with hands-on support - you'll help manage quotes and sales orders, and also roll up your sleeves to assist with engine movements and delivery of components on the workshop floor.

In this role you will:
* Coordinate quotations, sales orders, and product up-fit activities.
* Work directly in the workshop to assist with engine and component delivery for up-fits and project builds.
* Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move and position heavy components.
* Safely handle engine parts and equipment, including lifting items over 10 kg.
* Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and contractors to keep projects on track.
* Prepare costings, raise purchase orders, and manage invoices and credits.
* Support sales administration, dealer communications, and trade show preparation.
* Keep records, schedules, and databases accurate and up to date.
About you:
* Previous experience in sales coordination, project support, or administration.
* Comfortable working in both office and workshop environments.
* Current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
* Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks (lifting over 10 kg).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Effective communicator who enjoys working with technicians and customers alike.
* Ideally, you'll have knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, or gensets - but we'll teach the right person.
