We are seeking an experienced Learning and Capability Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and deliver end-to-end learning programs that align with our organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with stakeholders to identify and manage learning needs
* Conduct learning needs analysis and design learning solutions using contemporary methodologies (eLearning, virtual classroom, digital learning, facilitator led)
* Create learning materials, tools, and resources to complement all facets of the employee lifecycle
* C Coordinate and facilitate focus groups, pilots, and project working groups
* Manage and improve key learning infrastructure, including learning management, performance management, content management system(s), learning governance, service standards, evaluation methods, and reporting
* Respond to business queries and requests
* Foster relationships with industry bodies, government, and Registered Training Organisations
* Responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated content management systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position with expertise in end-to-end instructional design and eLearning development. You will be a self-starter who can self-regulate, proactively communicate, and raise critical information or concerns.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Expertise in administering front and back-end Learning Management Systems (ELMO preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint (essential)
* Expertise in learning design tools and effective SCORM file management (essential)
* Able to facilitate virtual meetings and classrooms using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
* Strong stakeholder management skills supporting consultative decision-making processes
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic working environment
* Excellent communication skills to translate requirements into practical and engaging learning designs
* Project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines
* Capability to work with third-party vendors for program creation
* Generalist HR knowledge including inputs and outputs of the employee lifecycle
