Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapy Team Lead to join our dynamic team.
Your primary responsibility will be to support and guide a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality clinical services and assessments. This will involve:
* Providing day-to-day service delivery guidance and oversight.
* Delivering training, induction, and supervision as needed.
* Reviewing quality assurance reports and providing constructive feedback.
* Participating in appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and coaching.
* Developing comprehensive reports and management plans that incorporate innovative strategies and interventions.
