Central Coast Local Health District are seeking a dedicated and skilled Administration Officer Level 2 to join their team at the Long Jetty Urgent Health Care facility within Community Health. This permanent full-time role (job share will also be considered) is vital in providing comprehensive administrative support and exceptional customer service, ensuring that our department meets its objectives while fostering a positive environment for patients and staff alike.
As an Administration Officer, you will deliver high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Long Jetty Urgent Health Care facility. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, managing records, performing data entry, and maintaining patient management systems. You will also serve as the first point of contact for our stakeholders, providing information and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

**About You**
- You have previous experience providing exceptional customer service, addressing the needs of patients and stakeholders with professionalism and care.
- You have experience working in a team environment, as well as independently.
- You can perform a variety of administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiar with MS Office products, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases, as it is essential for effective communication and documentation in your role.

You will be based at the Long Jetty Urgent Health Care facility, a hub for urgent community health services.
