About Us
Our organization provides specialist therapy services directly with the community, schools, and various departments. We are NDIS registered and provide Positive Behavior Support Early Intervention service to participants under their NDIS plans.
We deliver PBS services throughout Perth metro, regional, and other remote cities and towns across Western Australia. Our offices are located in Osborne Park and Canning Vale, with this position based in Canning Vale.
Opportunities exist to support remote clients, subject to suitability and availability. This role requires regular travel, approximately 5-10 days per month dependent on case load.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. Professional development opportunities are available, and growth within the business is encouraged.
We offer a good face-to-face team and support environment, with the option to work from home for agreed times.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant qualification in an Allied Health background or Behavioral Science, with Board certified Behavior Analyst or over 2 years experience in delivering Positive Behavior Support.
* Demonstrated experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
* Working with Children's card, National police clearance, and current driving license.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.
Competitive salary package: Core $90,000 - $100,000; Advanced $100,000 - $125,000.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete indirect and direct assessments, including observations and data collection, and collate the data for the development of behavior support plans and functional behavioral assessment.
* Support NDIS participants with disability, their carers, family, and significant others, providing training and support in interventions and strategies outlined in the behavior support plans.
* Support participants to meet their person-centered goals.
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and lead a team, supporting other core practitioners.
