About the Role We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our Bonds Richmond Outlet Store .
This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week .
Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet team budgets and KPIs.
Plan succession within your team to facilitate career progression.
Execute Visual Merchandising and make commercial decisions using your discretion.
Understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
Coach your team and provide on-the-spot feedback based on previous experience.
Analyze reports to inform commercial decisions that drive business growth.
