How will you contribute to our success?:
* Stay fully informed of all new Australian corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and international tax developments
* Independently prepare and lodge all Australian tax returns, including BAS, payroll tax, FBT, and company income tax, coordinating with external advisors where necessary
* Advise on potential fringe benefits tax implications of new or amended employee benefits
* Lead the preparation of annual tax provisions, liaising with external advisors and overseeing all related tax accounting entries
* Manage tax compliance across all relevant Australian regulations, including the Shipping Income Tax Exemption regime, etc.
* Conduct tax research and prepare internal memoranda on complex topics (e.g., hybrid mismatch rules, residency rules).
