Business Services Manager (Part-time, on-site, 3 days - flexible and negotiable) – Make a Real Difference

The Foundation for Australia's Most Endangered Species (FAME) is seeking a capable, proactive Business Services Manager to help keep our small, high-performing organisation running smoothly – so we can continue funding critical conservation efforts across Australia.
This is an all-hands-on-deck role in a small team where you'll have ownership across a variety of functions including operations, compliance, finance, donor and member engagement, and governance support.
In this role, you will:
- Manage daily operations, supplier relationships, and internal systems.
- Lead administrative compliance, financial processing, and audit preparation.
- Coordinate Board reporting and governance support.
- Oversee donor receipting and acknowledgement processes.
- Maintain accurate supporter data and CRM reporting (Kindful).
- Manage the monthly donor and membership programs.
- Provide friendly, personalised supporter engagement.
- Assist with campaign tracking and digital asset coordination.
You'll bring:
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to balance detail with efficiency.
- Excellent communication, coordination and relationship skills.
- Business acumen and confidence managing systems and suppliers.
- A genuine interest in conservation and the not-for-profit sector.
Bonus points for experience with CRMs, finance admin, compliance, or fundraising platforms.
