Allied Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers / Concreters for an ongoing opportunity within a busy precast concrete manufacturing environment based in Naval Base. This role suits candidates confident working hands-on with concrete finishing processes and capable of operating with minimal supervision in a fast-paced production setting.
Main responsibilities:
* Concrete finishing and patching work.
* Operating trowel machines competently.
* Assisting with precast concrete pours and finishing processes.
* Surface preparation and concrete repairs as required.
* General labouring and housekeeping duties.
* Following site safety procedures and WHS requirements.
* Working effectively within a production team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous concreting / concrete finishing experience essential.
* Ability to competently operate a trowel machine.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Valid White Card.
* Physically fit and reliable.
* Driver’s licence and reliable transport.
* Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screening.
