We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leisure Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in directly supporting our community through the provision of leadership, professional service and direction in all operational and customer service related activities within the centres.

The Leisure Facilities Manager will be responsible for reviewing the daily operation of our facilities, including staffing, operating revenue and expenditure budgets, leading the team to achieve excellence through service delivery benchmarks and is committed to the implementation of continued improvement processes, supporting our management team to oversee the whole of business approach to our facilities to maximise resources and productivity, monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of programs, services, facilities and visitation, responsible for risk management and WHS compliance across both facilities, ensuring service contracts are fulfilled to specification including maintaining records of scheduled maintenance and service, supporting our management team with operational improvements and initiatives, oversight of manuals and procedural requirements, induction and training processes, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and customers related to program service delivery, demonstrating exceptional communication and leadership skills with a strong focus on achieving results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Aquatic, Recreation and/or Business Management, or 5 years relevant management experience of a leisure facility or equivalent

- Current NSW Working with Children's Check
">
- Senior First Aid Certificate
">
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
">
