In this Product Specialist role, you will be working in a defined NSW territory (more along the North and West of Sydney) with a unique product with no direct competitor. You will be communicating product information to Geriatricians, Neurologists, GPs & other HCPs involved in the management of Alzheimer's disease.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Engage with HCPs (Geriatricians, Neurologists, GPs) to recommend and educate on the use of Souvenaid in Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and Alzheimer's disease (AD).
- Build the credibility of Souvenaid in accordance with Danone policies and ANZ regulations.
- Establish strong scientific based partnerships with HCPs to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Implement and monitor business strategies to enable HCPs recommendation of Souvenaid.
- Implementing and achieving agreed sales targets within the territory to exceed the Alzheimer's category business objectives.
- Some supportive patient and carer contact also forms part of this unique role.
About you
You are self-motivated and can work autonomously within a wider national team. You will enjoy working towards results, love dealing with different people daily, and be able to handle ambiguity and barriers that may be put your way. You adapt quickly, are hands-on, and have a proven track record of sales excellence and territory management. You will demonstrate a passion for the Nutricia brands and pride yourself on the self-development of your own personal brand both internally and externally from the business.
Ideally, you will have:
- 3+ years experience as a Specialist or GP rep in Pharmaceutical Sales.
- Existing strong relationships with key Geriatricians & Neurologists across NSW.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with ease.
- High level of professionalism and proficiency in persuasive influencing skills.
- Proven sales success in growing the sales for your product or category.
- A can-do attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
- Valid driver's license.
