**About your role**
HTI is seeking an AI Corporate Governance Specialist to join the team on a two-year contract.
You will work closely with company directors and senior leaders from industry, government and civil society to drive practical, human-centred AI governance best practice across Australian profit and not-for-profit enterprises.
You will be part of a team focused on raising the profile of responsible, effective and human-centred AI, and the governance frameworks and practices supported by HTI through the delivery of workshops, events, and major conferences.

- Knowledge of practical corporate governance, ideally across diverse sectors
- Experience in the tech sector, particularly where that experience includes artificial intelligence
- A demonstrated commitment to responsible technology, including consideration of humans rights and social justice
- A cross-cutting skillset which includes an ability to deliver research, engage with senior leaders, and translate outputs into impact

**Remuneration & Benefits**
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) **in addition** to the base salary.
This position is** full-time** and appointment will be made on a **fixed term basis for 2 years**. This role is predominantly performed on campus four days per week, with the option to work one day remotely.
