The Spirituality Centre Coordinator is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of a facility that offers retreat programs, spiritual formation experiences, and community gatherings. The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring guests experience a warm, welcoming environment.
This position is responsible for hospitality, administration, event support, and guest relations. The coordinator fosters an atmosphere of care, professionalism, and hospitality aligned with the mission and values of the organisation.
The Spirituality Centre Coordinator oversees the setup of catering, meetings, and events. They manage guest enquiries, bookings, and feedback. They also supervise Centre staff, volunteers, and contractors, and coordinate housekeeping, catering, and maintenance activities.
The coordinator ensures compliance with WHS and Safeguarding standards. They monitor booking systems and maintain accurate records.
