About the Role


We're seeking an experienced and passionate Full‑time Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Highpoint Boutique. In this key role you'll support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high‑performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.



Key Responsibilities

* Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the boutique

* Ensure the highest level of service to guests, measured against set objectives

* Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

* Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest‑first experience

* Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines

* Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture




About You

* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar retail business

* Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

* Understanding of KPIs and the ability to analyse and report figures

* Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
