About BaptistCare Shalom Centre
The home is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and a caring community. Shalom Centre aged care home offers quality care in a shared‐accommodation setting that is accessible to everyone. All rooms are fitted with en‐suite bathrooms and feature large windows that bring in plenty of natural light and overlook tranquil gardens.
About the role
You'll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. As Administration Officer/Coordinator, you are responsible for delivery of administrative functions for aged care services.
* Must have at least 2 years of reception experience, preferably in aged care.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
* You are a team player and enjoy interacting with older people.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Have proven experience in office administration/clerical positions.
* Great customer service with ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision.
Permanent Part Time Prospect
2 days per week (Friday and Saturday 8:30am‐4:30pm). You may be required to work other days during the week.
