Position Title: Global Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Global Sales Manager in aligning business strategies across global sales teams, retailers, and regions.
* Develop key partnerships with retailers and distributors to increase profitability, distribution, and product ranging.
* Create and implement short- and long-term channel strategies for all regions.
* Manage the merchandising relationship to activate the brand at retail and create reports to provide actionable insights.
* Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals.
* Drive new distribution with existing and new customers.
* Develop and implement key reporting, forecasting, and sales processes across all regions.
* Monitor and report on business and competitor activity and results.
* Work with the marketing manager to build the brand at retail and increase product trial, purchase conversion, and customer retention.
Experience And Skills
* 3+ years of experience in an Assistant Business Manager or Assistant Sales Manager role within the FMCG industry.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
* Extensive experience in leading and coaching teams.
* Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel.
* Ability to work autonomously, manage personal workflow, and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, resilient, and passionate approach with a performance-driven mindset
* Familiarity with marketing principles and engagement with the beauty/skincare industry is preferred.
