What You'll Be Doing
* Manage all client communication for your portfolio, including meetings, emails, and shared documentation.
* Foster strong client relationships by delivering measurable results and exceptional service, supported by our technical team.
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, and META Ads.
* Monitor performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, and providing recommendations to meet client goals.
* Communicate clearly with internal teams and external collaborators, including designers and content writers.
* Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables to ensure consistent quality and results.
* Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts and handle referrals from your client base.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of account management experience within a digital agency.
* A clear understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Paid Social strategies.
* Strong communication skills and confidence managing client relationships.
* Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
* A passion for helping clients succeed through data-driven marketing.

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 + Super (based on experience)
