We're seeking experienced and passionate Chefs to join our regional Queensland teams on a 2:1 Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) roster.
Working across busy kitchen operations preparing high-volume, nutritious meals for mining village residents.
Prepare and deliver meals across breakfast, crib, and dinner services
Maintain food safety standards and HACCP compliance
Work collaboratively in a high-performing kitchen team
Support quality and consistency across services

Who are we looking for?
Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexible team player with strong communication skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
Australian Citizenship, Full Australian working rights or eligible for visa sponsorship
Working on-site means11-hour dayson a2:1 roster(two weeks on, one week off).
